To-do lists, tasks and approval processes don't get lost thanks to the workflow module. As a user you immediately see what is expected of you and what status and comments colleagues have already assigned to a document.
Via the DiAS CRM module, you can quickly find all customer data because all data was built up in a central address book. By having quick access to all information, you do not waste time or loss of productivity by requesting contacts and customer data from colleagues.
The project management component is also very flexible. Everyone can define different project types since each department can build its own project structure, thanks to a mix of structured fields, documents, addresses and workflows.
