As Monument Assurance Belgium continued to grow through portfolio acquisitions, the volume of incoming correspondence and historical documentation increased significantly.

The Solution
Through a collaboration between Diasonline and Input For You, Monument Assurance Belgium implemented an automated mailroom and document processing solution.
Incoming correspondence is captured and processed by Input For You, where relevant metadata is automatically extracted and enriched. The documents are then stored and managed within Diasonline, which serves as the central digital archive for both operational and historical information.
Thanks to numerous integrations with surrounding systems, documents can flow seamlessly through the organization while remaining securely accessible throughout their lifecycle.
